Red 2024
This DOC Alentejo wine results from a blend of the Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Touriga Franca, and Aragonez grape varieties. The grapes come from the POTE Vineyard, planted in 2013 on the banks of the Álamo stream in Reguengos de Monsaraz — an area of viticultural excellence in the region.
In the aromatic profile, red fruits and black plum stand out, with intense jammy notes. Partial aging in American oak barrels adds spicy nuances, giving the wine complexity, elegance, and a remarkable persistence on the finish.

VINIFICATION
A careful manual selection of the grapes is carried out, followed by total destemming. The must undergoes a pre-fermentation maceration at 10ºC for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place in 2500L tanks at a temperature of approximately 25ºC.

White 2024
Aromatic profile marked by citrus fruit, with grapefruit standing out, complemented by subtle floral notes of white blossoms. On the palate, it reveals high freshness, a light body, and a delicate texture, clearly reflecting the influence of altitude.
It results from a blend of Fonte Cal, Síria, and Gouveio grape varieties, sourced from old vines planted in granite and schist soils at an average altitude of 650 meters.
Its vibrant acidity and pronounced minerality give it great gastronomic versatility, making it especially suitable as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, grilled fish, and light dishes.

VINIFICATION
Manual selection of grapes at reception, followed by total destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 14–16ºC for approximately 15 days.

This wine results from a blend of Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, and Touriga Franca grape varieties. The grapes come from the POTE Vineyard, planted in 2013 on the banks of the Álamo stream in Reguengos de Monsaraz, with clay soils and a continental climate marked by significant temperature variation.
Its aromatic profile reveals very ripe black fruits, along with notes of cocoa and dark chocolate. Aged in American oak barrels for 18 months, the wine gains greater complexity, with hints of sweet spices and elegant toasty undertones. On the palate, it shows firm structure, well-integrated tannins, and a persistent finish, revealing a balance between concentration, freshness, and aging potential.

VINIFICAÇÃO
Manual harvest followed by hand selection of bunches. Foot treading and alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless steel lagares at temperatures between 24–26ºC.
